Adobe Firefly Videoを使って動画生成を試してみました。
動かしたい画像をアップロードして動画生成します。
AIは「どこまで変更していいのか」を明確に指示しないと、形や表情を勝手に変えてしまうので

• Do not alter the character’s shape, facial expression, or proportions.
  （キャラクターの形や表情、比率を変更しない）
• Maintain the exact appearance of the character while animating.
  （キャラクターの見た目を完全に保持したままアニメーションさせる）
• Only animate the character’s movement without changing any details.
  （キャラクターのデザインを保持しつつ、自然な動きをつける）

など明確な指示を出すのが良いです。
